In 1994, Lorie and Robert Legault transformed a respected subcontracting business into an independent general contractor firm — built on tenacity, craftsmanship and integrity. That winning formula moved Jertyne Interior Services into the industry’s upper echelon.
“You have to eat, breathe and live your company,” says Lorie. “Although we saw little growth for the first three years, we believed in ourselves and carried on.”
Nearly two decades later, Jertyne continues to expand without losing sight of its roots. “A good price isn’t a good value unless you’re dealing with a quality product,” Lorie insists. Using the unique, 16-point Jertyne Advantage, she and her team maintain an extraordinary standard of quality.
Lorie’s persistence has led to continued evolution and numerous accolades. Recently, Business in Calgary honoured the dynamic duo with a top 20 spot in Leaders of Tomorrow, Profit and Chatelaine named Lorie one of Canada’s Top 100 Female Entrepreneurs.
